For Black women seeking support beyond therapy, Dr. Moore offers Work By Design™ career and life coaching nationwide. Work By Design™ helps Black women examine how the Strong Black Woman schema has shaped their relationship with work, redefine what work gets to mean in their lives, and build a life organized around their humanity, values, well-being, and priorities rather than work and other people’s expectations.
